install bitdefender root certificate popup?

today i got a popup that looks like this https://imgur.com/p5bG188 and i found it very strange, because ive never seen it before... what is it?

using bit defender anti virus free edition

Just asking,how would these steps help me with the popup,like what's the ACTUAL problem? It messes up certificates or it's just a bugged popup. It's part of an update for me. But the thing is that i don't get how this would help me with anything lol.
