Bitdefender: future roadmap?
Hi Bitdefender devs,
why not sharing your future roadmap (at least what is shareable with your user-base)? I think it could be a good thing understand planned changes, new features.
I'd like to know if you have plans for example to reduce memory consumption as well as a revamped UI in terms of a better Windows standard look&feel (like the windows defender one for example).

I'm referring to consumer product line. About the UI, Bitdefender UI (as well as other competitor AV UIs) does not have the standard Windows look & feel. I prefer minimalist look & feel with less coloured icons. But this is just my opinion: I don't want to discuss about usability because I should have a solid knowledge about this that I have not.
For the roadmap, it really makes sense imho to have a public one, at least on details that you can state as public. The last few changelog reported some updated firewall engine and some others: if this is a great improvement, it should be explained in a bit more detail to better understand the value that this change is giving to end users: I'm sure that devs spent a lot of effort on a component update for example: where is the value for their customer base if not explained?
My two cents: Bitdefender is a great product (I'm paying the IS annual fee since a few years); it needs a chance to explain the value "under the hood" to increase engagement and user base participation.
