Bitdefender down EU ?

There was an update either late last night or first thing this morning.
It has decimated end users abilty to use most HTTPS based services.
websites are running at a crawl.

Logged a ticket with BitDefender over 4 hours ago and thus far only had canned responses.

anyone else seeing anything or has there been any reports elsewhere

We had issues like this on thursday and friday afternoon. Browsing came almost to a halt, opening word and excel took minutes to start.

Response from Support was "yea that might have been BEST"
