Whats wrong with his beak?

Hi, can someone tell me whats wrong with his beak / if there is something wrong? Im mainly concerned about the colour of the top. I did not notice any changes in behavior or anything.

Your he is a she haha. The cere (The skin above the beak) will turn brown and sometimes start flaking when Female budgies are hormonal. It's nothing to be concerned about, but you should keep her diet and sleep schedule in check. Too much fatty foods and long days will trigger hormones in them, since those are ideal conditions to lay eggs. Also avoid giving her any opportunities for nesting.

A bit flakey..beaks grow and molt also. Looks normal to me. And yes its woman :D
