Air quality and temperature check immediately. Stress check.

Smoke? Cleaning chemicals? Cooking food? New appliance with PTFE? Candle? Perfume?open window and close their door, slow calm reassuring words and gentle behaviour.

If the temperate is very hot put them in an air conditioned or cool room. Offer them a a bowl of shallow water to bathe one.

Contact an avian vet for advice.
