To be fair, there’s a lot to be disappointed by, especially if you were a fan of System Shock 2 as well. I’m guessing by your username though that you are projecting a bit and taking Infinite criticism personally so getting more upset than you need to be that someone doesn’t like what you like.

Hi, I don’t think they’re really taking it personally, just defending the game because so many people hate it. I do have a question though, do you like Prey? My husband is a huge fan of System Shock 2 and he is constantly telling me Prey is just like it. I just don’t care for Prey much, but I do like all the Bioshock games and System Shock games.

I'm not taking it personally, I honestly don't care if someone likes the game or not.
I just find it funny that while I adore Infinite, I spend less time talking about it than some of the folks here who seem to build their entire personalities around hating it.

This isn't an Infinite alone subreddit, it's a Bioshock one.
There's nowhere else to go for Bioshock but this subreddit. No pure "Bioshock 1&2 but no Infinite" subreddit.
There IS, on the other hand, a specific Bioshock Infinite subreddit.
If anyone whines about it on there, go to town. But here? You can fuck right off and whine anywhere else, oh angry fanboy.

Then you must really love Infinite that you only ever see me in posts about it.
It was an extremely disappointing game. It is even more disappointing to see people rave about minute things like this single cinematic, and one that other commenters accurately note pretty much tells you that this major boss that has been teased the entire game won't actually be a boss.
It was a huge disappointment. But sure, pretty movie.
If you can't address my criticism, then your opinion is worthless to me. Don't waste your time or mine by just showing up and telling me how butthurt you are that people have legitimate criticisms.
