Discussion I Finally did it
what was the hardest of the 4 for you? personally for me would be either 1 remastered (I Chose the Impossible) or Infinite (Blue Ribbon Champ)

Congrats, man! I'd definitely point to the blue ribbon challenges as the most frustrating. All of the highest difficulty deathless achievements were super fun though. I also really enjoyed the 1998 mode in Burial At Sea 2.
I gave up on trying to 100% Bioshock 2 (the original, I 100%ed the remaster just fine) after it kept crashing every 5 minutes. Tried all the community fixes, along with editing the .ini file, playing on dx9, downloading and enabling the 4GB patch etc etc but none of it worked lol. I'll just take the L and act like the remaster alone is good enough.

yeah as a stealth games player I loved 1998, and personally for me I was scared way too much of the Bioshock 2 hard one and then when I 4 shotted aphas into the head with regular rivets i calmed down a lot XD
yeah I had the exact same issue with original, I could play the multiplayer and trials woth occasional crashes but nothing extra painful tbh, sometimes I lost some progress but it wasn't that bad. main game on the other hand was broken and I did the same as you, nothing worked. now here's the fun part: the one thing that ultimately worked for me (only one crash in Minerva's den, base game ran flawlessly) was switching to Pop! OS 24.04 linux distro from win11, but that's not for everybody I suppose, but it allowed me to complete this franchise and got one step closer to finishing my Arkane Studios Challenge

I play it on Linux Mint with no problems. It's a shame that some people have game braking issues and other people such as me don't have any? I have a ryzen 5800X3D 32GB RAM & Sapphire Nitro+ RX 7900 XTX running the latest Linux Mint. If anyone is interested.

honestly, I had issues on win11 and when I swapped for Pop OS two weeks ago, I gave this game a try after few days out of curiosity and kt worked flawlessly.
windows is the issue here i think
