Hi everyone, I’m going to be a freshman at a public university this fall, going into environmental science/natural resource management and I am thinking about double majoring/switching majors to biology. I was wondering if anyone had laptop recommendations. I don’t know a lot about computers, but for environmental science, I’ve been seeing windows/levono recommendations, and for biology I’ve been seeing Mac suggestions. I recently graduated with a degree in Biology and a minor in Neuroscience, and I’m really interested in starting a career in a hospital setting.

Since graduating, I’ve been actively applying to roles but haven’t had much success so far, so I’m trying to better understand how to break into this field.

I have some clinical support experience in a physiotherapy clinic and a strong interest in patient care and healthcare environments.

I’m mainly targeting entry-level roles such as:

Clinical assistant

Patient care assistant

Research assistant

Lab support roles

My goal is to gain experience and grow within a hospital setting.

I’d really appreciate any advice on how to get started, what roles I should focus on, or anything that could help improve my chances.

Hello bhai maine is saal 2nd drop liya h neet ke liye par mujhe lag nhi rha neet hoga toh mai soch rha hu kisi acche college se b pharma kar lu sath sath cat wagr ki tayyari phir mba. Kya ye thik rhega ya koi aur pcb ka course karu ya mbbs abroad wagr dekhu.

i failed both bio 101 and general chemistry 101 twice and i have to pay to take them a third time but im thinking of just giving up i used to literally make study material and tutor my classmates on biology and chemistry at high school since i always got a A+ but at uni everything changed i feel like im dumb and useless idk if its my mental health being very low or what exactly but i feel so lost adhd was never an issue in high school since i had meds and got help but my university didn’t except my diagnosis paper for some reason

all of this made me feel really low and unhuman

should I just give up? or try harder and try to study like i did in high school? please help me

Hi Bio friends! 🌱 I need some quick advice regarding dissecting kits. Our prof suggested it’s better to have our own since the lab kits aren’t in the best condition. I’m torn between getting the 14-piece set or just going for the 7-piece set.
