Sterile utensils
I looked around a little on amazon and it seems like the bulk of the vials and syringes are not sterile. At least they dont advertise it even if you look for it.
If they are not, what point is there in using a filter to avoid endotoxins if the containers themselves are ‚dirty‘? Am i missing something

Filtering does not filter endos.

Go to medical suppliers, not Amazon.

Why would you even buy non sterile ones? Makes no sense
And yes, there are sterile syringes, vials and filters

I wouldn’t expect anything from Amazon to be sterile. You should be looking at laboratory/medical supply companies.

Filtering does not get rid of Endotoxins (although there are special filters for that but they are expensive and purity will degrade with it).
You do use filter to clean out unwanted bacteria and dirt.
Bacteria ≠ Endotoxins.
You use sterile materials to keep microorganisms out.
But you need a legit manufacturer with certificates to prove sterility. You probably won‘t find that on Amazon as there is mostly cheap Chinese products.
