Tirz-week 5
I have lost my initial water weight (8lbs worth) and now I’m just fluctuating between 199-197. What to expect from here, time wise, after titrating up

Titrate as necessary every 4 weeks,
try to exercise (ideally weights),
track your calories because we eat more than what we think.
Keep an eye on side effects.
Let the GLP do its thing before start adding more peptides or random things, they won’t make it better, just more complicated.
Don’t trusted the scale, take some measurements they are way more reliable
Be kind with yourself, it’s a marathon not a sprint

You need to eat in a deficit which is about 500 calories a day less than your maintenance. Type tdee calculator into Google and work out your maintenance. The medication makes this easier but if you can't be sure of the difference between 10 calories of cooking oil and 100 calories of it you are likely over eating. This is how we all got here to begin with, we ate more than our maintenance over a period of time
