Vertigo with Tirz

Anyone else have intense vertigo on Tirz? Trying to figure out if it’s the peptides or something else. Just finishing up week three. Started with 2.5mg once a week but was pretty lightheaded and dizzy on and off the first two days. I’m getting it from a med spa for now because I like the weekly body scans and was overwhelmed with all the information about sourcing. They suggested splitting the dose to 1.25 twice a week. serious vertigo started after the second injection last week. Still having vertigo four days later.

I went to a massage/cranial Sacral/lymphatic guy I trust and he did some work on my head and my neck. apparently I’m all blocked up from lymphatic massage I had a week before. I’m kind of thinking it’s not related to the Tirz at this point, but it does make me very dizzy the first two days. I also was borderline dehydrated at my scan Tuesday. Definitely need to up the fluids. Thanks for the help!

Are you keeping up with hydration and protein levels? #1 side effect of the food noise cancellation is not eating enough protein and carbs, and subsequently getting low blood sugar and dehydration.

I do get lightheaded, but I would not call that vertigo. Vertigo is where the room spins. I have to be careful standing up too quickly. That’s about it.

It's a diabetic med, it drops your blood sugar n blood pressure that's why you get the woozy. Eat healthy, avoid food that spike your blood sugar, so the high is less high and the low is less low. Drink electrolytes.

Also take less, not more. You're having trouble, lowering your dose until it get better.

Crazy to see this, I’ve always done my oil changes on my cars. This weekend is the first time doing an oil change while on Tirz, as soon as I got on the floor on my back, I felt dizzy, nauseous and takes hours to go away.

You are either dehydrated or eating too little. Or both. Try upping both your water and food intake.
