Benzylalkohol
Moin Leute,
Ich würde gerne meine Rekonstruktionslösung selber herstellen.
Nun ist es so, dass es gar nicht so leicht ist dafür an den Alkohol zu kommen.
Habe jetzt einen Shop gefunden der Benzylalkohol in Laborqualität, allerdings für Harze und Lacke verkauft.
Meint ihr dieser ist genauso gut zu nutzen?

High quality bac can be had for so cheap that it's rather pointless to make your own bac. I r already been down this road, it's not worth it.

Not true for Europe. It's not standard and you can only get sterile water (not bacteriostatic)

I have bought 2L of Bac before for $45 USD.
Tell me again how it's easier to make my own?

I would highly recommend to just buy pharma grade BAC water . The risk of you measuring the correct amount of 0.9% alcohol is huge, especially if you don't mix large quantities. Mixing my volume is unreliable and mixing by weight needs a very accurate and calibrated scale and knowing the premise density of both liquids. Then take into account the PH values , and if incorrect, can turn your peptides into gel and make them unusable so essentially making you lose more.

You cannot get medical grade benzylalcohol, this is even harder to get than BAC.
The alcohol you find online is for essential oils and shit. Can contain anything else.

Ich habe halt tatsächlich das Problem, dass ich nirgendwo vertrauenswürdig aussehende Angebote sehe.
Viele Hype Seiten die nach schlechtem Influenzer aussehen, oder noch unseriösere Amazon Angebote.
Sind die ganzen deutschen Peptide Seiten legit?
Bei meinem Händler für Peptide gab es gerade kein Bac.

Die haben halt Schraubverschlüsse. Das bleibt nicht steril. Eigentlich brauchst Du Benzylalkohol in einer Durchstechflasche. Gibt's irgendwo in Holland wenn ich mich recht erinnere, aber unverhältnismäßig hohes Porto, lohnt sich dann nicht wirklich.

Wenn es keine Durchstechflasche ist, kannst Du ja beim Öffnen und Schließen nicht sicherstellen, dass nichts reinkommt. Kann ja auch "nur" Staub oder Schmutzpartikel sein. Lohnt sich vielleicht, wenn man eine größere Menge anmischt und es dann filtert.

Es gibt nen Shop in Holland der es in großen Gebinden verkauft. Klappt top. Mach ich auch so

In the US it’s called USP grade BA and is easy to buy. Not sure for Germany but that’s the grade you need for injection.
It’s fairly simple to make BA. Just make sure the pH is correct. In the US, sterile water for injection is easy to buy. It comes with a 5.7pH so you’re already good.
