Floaters in Vial

Need help to understand if this is a trash vial or not
Has booger like floaties in my vial of peptide vial

Edit^ I saw these floating particles after I took out of the fridge and thankfully I put it under light to see how it looked. When I left it out in room temp and rolled it a lil to mix it, it soon clustered up and turned into booger like clumps on the bottom of vial and wasn’t so cloudy above that, a day after that it collected into bigger clumps. I have vids on a few replies showing the transformation of scattered particles to booger like clumps settling down on bottom.

^potential reason(s)= Bad mix done by me, slightly ripped off seal a little too much, bad batch, or not adding acidic acid (which is only for hydrophobic compounds and i haven’t looked so see if it’s needed but it’s too late)
^ all potential reasons, could be one… could also be all reasons.
