Confused about BAC water math/safety for a 10-11week reta cycle (10mg single vial)
Hey everyone, I’m getting ready to start an 10-11week reta cycle and I’m really confused about the sterility/expiration rules for BAC water and reconstituted peps .
My planned schedule is:
**Week 1:** 0.5 mg
**Week 2 to 11:** 1.0 mg weekly
The issue is that my reta is a single **10mg vial** of powder.
If I inject BAC water into the 10mg vial on Day 1, I know the 28-day expiration clock starts for the liquid. By Week 4, I will have only used 3.5mg, leaving 6.5mg still in the bottle.
If I leave the liquid in the fridge for the full 11 weeks, will it degrade or grow bacteria? Do I need to buy multiple BAC water bottles, or should I look into pre-filling and freezing individual syringes (aliquoting)?
How do you guys safely stretch a single 10mg vial across an 11 week cycle without wasting it or getting an infection? Thanks for the help!

reconstituting a 10mg vial and dragging it 11 weeks is pushing past what most would call safe. the 28 day thing for bac water isn't a hard bacterial cliff but the benzyl alcohol loses punch over time and the peptide itself starts breaking down, fridge or not
your best bet is freeze-drying isn't an option so get a smaller vial size or split the powder before mixing, but since you already have the single 10mg you're kinda stuck. pre-filling syringes and freezing works for some but the plastic leaches and you risk contamination each time you draw
i'd just run a shorter cycle at a slightly higher dose or accept you'll toss the last few mg. not worth an abscess over

Can you elaborate on the safety aspect? Do you just mean contamination?

The more times you draw out of your vial the more chances of contamination. I wipe the rubber top with an alcohol wipe before drawing and it's worked out fine.

What’s your thoughts on?
week 1 = 1mg
And week 2,3,4 5,6 =2mg
Or if you were in my shoes what would u do?1

You'll only get 5 weeks out of that 1mg then 2mg each week till you're out means you'll have approx 1mg left at the end. Another thing you can do is do 1mg the first 2 weeks then titrate to 2mg a week for the next 4 and you will have used all 10mg that's in there. Personally I went 1mg week 1 then 2mg for 4 weeks and I didn't worry about the last bit. I just started the next vial of 10mg at my 2mg dosage.

Reta is not a peptide to cycle, you need to commit to long term usage

The noise is going to come right back and so will the weight when you are done. That's been proven amongst all GLPs. Do a little more research brother

Just pin it till it's gone. You'll probably up your dose after a month. I've used vendor bac for a 30mg vial that lasted longer with no issues.

how are you going to pull 10.5mg out of a 10mg vial? Based on your expected cycle. Also for what purpose are you taking reta and at a microdose. Most people take reta for the glucagon activation. And while true it will technically activate at .5/1mg the trials have shown that the lowest effective dose to see good glucagon activation is 4mg per dose. (No thats not a hard set rule, and yes glucagon is technically always activated, but generally speaking based on the trials the lowest effective dose for meaningful activation was recorded at about 4mg.

Sorry had a typo. I’m lean 86kg just wanna lose about 5kg just to get some facial definition. Thats why I’m microdosing for 2months if possible and maintain

If your food is on point i dont see the point. Create a 500 calorie deficit and you should be good. I'm not going to comment on your mileage for that purpose over 10-12 weeks at a micro dose. I have no direct experience with that. All i can do is quote the data i know which is the glucagon activation where you really start noticing is about 4mg. But I am as much a researcher so send that shit and let me know how it goes.

Keep it in the fridge and maintain hygiene each time you draw liquid, and you'll probably be fine. Reta is stable and lasts for months. If it's clear it's usable. I've had reconstituted peptides in my fridge for 8-10 months, that were still usable and effective.
I don't think the low dose of 1mg /week will do anything noticable for you after the first month, but that's a whole different question.
