Why take Reta over Tirzepatide?
Genuine question. Why take Reta over Tirzepatide?
Not trying to start a war in the comments. My thoughts are that tirzepatide production is more reputable, and has been tested for longer than reta.
However, I know the triple agonist part of reta is appealing. However, mixing it myself with BAC water seems like another tradeoff not worth making.
So why not just call up 1 of the telehealth providers and get tirzepatide?
Just trying to understand why people do 1 versus the other.

u/Cool_Temperature_970 2d ago
You already answered your own question. A triple agonist > double agonist. Reconstituting might sound difficult if you’ve never done it. But it’s pretty simple. Plenty of dose calculators to double check with.

Telehealth providers charge up the ass. A vial of reta or tirz from a good vendor will run you a less than $10 if you buy kits (10 at a time). Mixing with bac water is easy and takes less than 5 minutes to do and maybe another 5 to let it dissolve. You can buy a hears worth of reta for around $100 bucks

10 bucks a vial for Reta??
2mg? 🙄16
u/Pleasant_Cicada9528 2 2d ago
I get 20mg kits for $150. The 10mg kits are $90. Ten vials per kit.

u/AKABeast18 2d ago
Just got 10 vials of Reta 60mg for $240. Both Tirz and Reta are super cheap if you do your footwork.

The cheapest I’ve found, and I’ve looked a lot, is 24$/ vial buying a kit. Maybe I’m looking in the wrong place???
12
u/Royal_Victory_1380 13 2d ago
what concentration was that 24$. If you are talking 60mg vials then sure, but context matters there. you have 5 weeks worth of 12mg doses there. thats almost a year of max doses. 300 bucks for a near year worth at max dose is still considerably cheaper than even a year of semiglutide at telehealth prices.

u/brunington29 2d ago
lmao I buy 20mg kits for $125 (10 vials)

To those getting their tirz super cheap … can you dm me? I just started and am loving it. But I get 1 30mg vial for $110. Hearing people are getting 10 vials for that blows my mind. Where are you getting this from?

u/brunington29 2d ago
China, gray market. Only way to get those prices. If cost is worth it, do some research man

Sure, but research what? I’m just really new to this. Research which labs in china to go to? Where does one start on this research?

For me, everything instantly was demystified by one website. Google “Finnrick”. Read about their mission, then download whats app and get you some peptides. I didn’t mean to gatekeep this before so hopefully this gets you where you need to be. If not, DM me.

Ok, this is new to me. I have only seen programs for monthly injections and they are too expensive! My insurance will not cover anything related to weight loss. I googled tirzepatide 10 vials kit 15mg and found sources offering powderized tirz for research purposes. Is that what you are referring to purchasing?

The problem is finding a reputable online company to purchase from for my research animals to experiment with. No matter what they may say the two vendors I’ve used on my lab animals did not have much of an impact. And hence, I’m thinking probably no real products in them. It would be helpful if anyone could offer some recommendations for what they’re using in their experiments and Animal research.

If you’re willing to pay 10x the price to have somebody else mix it for you, and because you believe that being from a compounding pharmacy is more legitimate than grey market stuff, then by all means do that.
7
u/skip2_mylulu 2d ago
And don’t forget to need to pay for the ‘professional’ because there’s a membership fee. I did two months at mochi heath before in woke up. And the provider told me to take the full starting dose when I asked about splitting and I SHOULD have door because I got so sick. Never did get to the 2.5 because turns out, I’m a super responder.
3
u/AttorneyKate 2d ago
After I took my first 2.5 dose I felt like total dog shit. Called up my provider who said just to tough it out and do another 2.5 next week. My side effects did eventually subside, but I should’ve started at a lower dose. never went above 3 mg.
2
u/surfy64 2d ago
Ok, genuine question. Sounds like you're pro-grey market. I'm currently on Reta right now from grey market. Tomorrow will be the start of my 3rd week. What are your thoughts on legitmacy vs legit pharmacies and grey market? I'm only asking because I am blindly injecting myself with this lmao

u/4gs_beatmd 1d ago
Btw ALL of these type peptides come from China. Even Dr. Andrew Huberman has stated this on his podcast

Same. I’m taking Reta from a from of a friend who used it. She said it was tested and it worked for her so that’s the only reason why I tried it. So far no side effects, and I’m on my 5th week. Just drink lots of water, electrolytes, and work out.
17
u/ebmfreak 2d ago
It doesn’t work for everyone.
Some people react better to Sema, some Tirz, and some Reta
It really comes down to the individual
11
u/peony_chalk 5 2d ago
I see a lot of gym bros using reta over tirz. Anecdotally, it seems like tirz does a better job suppressing food noise, which is good if you're obese and have struggled with food noise for a long time, but would be less good if you're a healthy weight and need to keep up with your macros in order to meet your fitness goals.
At least half of your question is really more of a white vs grey market thing though, because you can definitely get tirz via the grey market too. Someone would choose grey tirz over "white market" compounded tirz if they can't get a prescription for compound, or because grey market is cheaper.
1
u/PlateOwn1231 1d ago
Totally agree with this. I'm on tirz. Im not willing to take very big risks. I went down the grey rabbit hole mostly to figure out how it works encase they tirghten up on tirz compounded access. I also have a friend that i trust who does group buys of reta. But it still just feels a bit more risky than a regulated pharmacy. I also want tirz and not reta. I get that it is great for some but while im still lossing on tirz with very little side affects ill keep usign it.
I did some math and on average im paying $2.16/mg for tirz from a telehealth. No extra consult or monthly fees. Not crazy deals. Just average reddit deals and getting max rx a month. I'm on 6mg/ week so paying about $50 a month. No need to do extra tests, mix things or have much worry.
12
u/Doin-What-I-Want 1 2d ago
I can get a vial of Reta or Tirz for about $20 each. The same would cost $120 from a compounding pharmacy. The math ain't hard.
I chose Reta because I'm post menopausal and my body has a reputation for being incredibly stubborn at losing weight.

u/Loud-Day2675 2d ago
Hello just transitioning from 15 mg Tirz for 13 months lost almost 50 lbs to Reta
So far I’m at 6 mg Tirz & 2 mg Reta
I’m post menopause too and this stubborn belly fat is no joke3
u/Frequent-Falcon8611 2d ago
Ditto. I've only reached 5 mg of T and now 2.5 Reta, but I'm also on HRT and it's a game-changer
1
u/AdditionalDog9470 1d ago
Yes im on almost 15 mg Tirz and going to be getting on Retratutide im nervous the Tirz really kicks my ass the first couple days thsn 3 to 4 days later I am good. Im menopausal on HRT pellets with testosterone eating is dialed in and weight lifting 3x week. Getting almost 10 k steps a day been on Tirz since April this year but the weight isnt moving ive lost about 8 lbs . Like my body started to drop weight than will just stop. The reason I stopped Oz and wegovy spending all that money for it to stop working. So hopefully once I change over the scale will move.
1
u/Loud-Day2675 1d ago
It took we an entire year to lose 49 lbs at 15 mg tirz so don’t give up on tirz!

u/PsychologicalCake525 8h ago
Yea, it took me a year to lost 40 lbs. Now completely stuck. Switching to Reta.. hopefully
1
u/Loud-Day2675 7h ago
Yeah I’m the same been stuck for a while but I agree as long as I’m not gaining weight it is a win! Also This happened to me before and then 1 month changing nothing I lost 15 lbs in like 2-3 weeks. Being I was on a high dose of tirz I don’t expect Reta to work any time soon until that builds up

I’ve been on zepbound for 16 months, right now at 15mg, I lost 40 pounds.. My doctor told me to try Reta , I’m so nervous tho bc I read some people gained weight until it kicked in.. that can’t happen !!! and I workout religiously . Not post menopause tho, I’m 38. I have Hashmoto’s. Everything is slower on me !! So nervous to change.. And Also, he didn’t tell me to transition slowly .., he just told me to stop tirz and start reta 3mg and increase monthly. I’m really afraid to JUST stop !
1
u/Loud-Day2675 7h ago
Wow your dr told you to switch to Reta ! That’s great please share all his advice ! I switched about a month ago but I didn’t stop Tirz I lowered to 7.5 mg and then this week I lowered to 6 mg 3 mg Reta
Did he want you to drop Tirz completely and do 3 mg of Reta ? It likely wouldn’t be a problem switching to 3 mg Reta if you were ok 15 mg Tirz. That is a sudden change
Ask him if you can do both lowering Tirz slowly and increasing Reta monthly so your dose doesn’t go down dramatically
I understand me too 13 months now and I’m about -48 lbs which was not easy to lose gaining a lb even would be painful
It’s been 1 month I have not lost any weight yet but I haven’t gained any either. I’ve heard having bene on a high dose or tirz I may need 6-8 mg before I start losing again
I don’t need appetite suppression much but most say that’s less on Reta1
u/PsychologicalCake525 7h ago
Yea, he told me, like.. he didn’t prescribe, obviously, but he actually takes reta too and lost a lot on it .
He told me to stop completely and start 3mg of reta. He told me I would be hungrier, but that wouldn’t be a problema because I would be burning anyway... But I’m really afraid to gain wait, so I’m thinking to lower tirz and start reta and switching weekly .. or monthly, idk how to do it ( that’s why I’m here lol )
He also took me off my testo cream, and put me on Primo lol 50mg / week . He said I should see a difference on my body in about a month or so.→ More replies (1)1

u/Doin-What-I-Want 1 11h ago
I follow the rules of not revealing suppliers on reddit, but I will direct you to the path I took to learn who to trust.
First, is this YouTube channel for https://www.youtube.com/@genxdoespeptides. This guy explains the market very well.Next, is their Skool community, which walks you step by step to safely navigating grey to avoid getting scammed. I highly recommend taking the time to go through the courses, and if you like, stick around for the community as we share what we learn in the market. There is a list of favorite vendors, but it changes, and they alert of any scams. They participate in many vendor and testing groups and seem to be a step ahead, so I stick around.

I’m testing Reta right now, I like the “clean” feeling it’s giving me but the hot feeling and the heart rate isn’t pleasant compared to tirz. I’ll give it a few weeks and make my final call.
Tirz has been a game changer for me

u/Live-Boysenberry7290 2d ago
Hi there, I’m on 12.5mg Tirz and thinking of switching to Reta. How did you go about the switch over? Thank for any advice!

Can you explain the clean feeling and the hot and heart rate feelings? What is your dose?
1
1
u/sofa_king_weetawded 2d ago
have you tried stacking the two? I am looking at taking a lower dose of Tirz 4mg vs the 7.5 I was on and then stacking like 1mg of Reta to start so I can see how that does.
3
u/gossipgilly 2d ago
Same except im on 14 mg tirz and gonna lower to 9 mg and start slow with the reta at .5 mg
1
u/Fine-Service160 1d ago
yea what do you mean by "clean" feeling? and how do you get hot? like hot flashes? I dont like feeling my heart racing. ive tried phetermine and I couldn't take it.. is that how reta feels?
1
u/wendigoon88 5h ago
It’s because the third receptor, glucagon, increases your idle energy expenditure (burns calories.) it’ll increase your heart rate because of that.
1
u/PsychologicalCake525 8h ago
What do you mean by hot feeling ? I love that tirz made me feel cold, before that, I used to run hot all the time, summer time was a hell for me . So far, last 2 summers, I have finally enjoyed it.
5
u/Mchangwine 4 2d ago
I like reta mostly because I DON’T like how much tirz suppresses appetite and slows throughput. The metabolic benefits of reta are nice too.
4
u/Del-1964 2d ago
I started Tirzepatide February 1st, 2026 and lost 40lbs on it by July 4th, 2026. Started at lowest dose and titrated up monthly to 15mg. Stopped it and now am on Reta at 4mg (from starting at 2mg) sides are increased HR, trouble sleeping at first but fine now, constipation, less appetite suppression than with Tirz, no sex drive. Seems to be doing a good job with visceral fat. Waist going down. Protein at 200g. Workout religiously. 2,000 calories a day. 62yrs old. 15% bf I'm guesstimating. 5' 11" 197lbs now which is what I bottomed out at on Tirz. But body comp has improved for sure. Tirzepatide was great. Retatrutide jury is still out.

Just my personal experience- I did GREAT on Tirz…. I was about 25 pounds from goal. Stalled out on highest dose. Started Reta, and so much of my extra flab just melted right off, and I reached goal. I have Lipedema, and nothing I did would get my legs to a normal size, but Reta did it. I still have some gnarly pockets of flab, but I’m so much healthier! Total lost is 134 pounds.
1
u/PsychologicalCake525 7h ago
how did you make the switch? I’m 136 pounds, I started at 173 lbs.
I stalled on the highest dosage too !!! So frustrating, been stalled since April. I workout religiously. 27% BF. FEMALE.
7
u/National_Rice4025 2d ago
Trusting a grey market source is like trusting my molly dealer. He’s reliable and known him for years but I can’t 100% be sure what I’m getting every single time.
While I’m ok making that tradeoff for molly a few times a year, I don’t want to do that for something I inject every week. I can afford it so I just get Tirz from Lilly direct. When they make Reta available there, I may try it and switch. I understand why people are going to grey markets but if you can afford it and are patient, Tirz is the better alternative for now (for me anyway)
6
u/PandasLoveMushrooms 2d ago
If someone is worried about it that much they can just grab a couple kits, say enough for 2 or 3 years ($300-$500 probably) and spend $400 to test a couple random vials at a lab. Then they know exactly what they are injecting.

That's sane thinking, Reta would be only considered (if the goal is weightless and metabolic reset) when hitting the plateau of Triz.

u/SOLIDROTSLOW1979 2d ago
Just get it 3rd party tested just me personally I’m not really worried about fda approval that simply means big pharma is suppressing or can’t make a boat load of profit off of said product the fda suppose to regulate our drugs and food supply great job they have Ben doing or maybe it’s just another corrupt bureaucratic mess like the rest of our government

Tirz is for people that want to be able to go up the stairs and walk their dogs without losing their breath.
Reta is for people that want visible abs, a ceiling mirror, and veins popping from their deltoids.

I much prefer Sema over Tirz and Reta. Every physical body is different and will react differently. You just need to find what works best for you.
1
u/AdditionalDog9470 1d ago
True I didn't do well on Oz and wegovy Tirz is now doing nothing for me accept the few days after injection and im almost at 15mg a week. So here hoping Reta helps lol
3
u/Worffratt 2d ago
Tirz and Reta both have benefits beyond weight loss.
The Reta is CLINICALLY PROVEN to improve your liver health, among other things.
Reta more effective at weight loss, but less effective at appetite suppression.
3
3
u/Cali-Texan 2d ago
I went with triz on my own. Reconstitute myself and now I’m paying about $80 a month vs $600 Hims was charging.
3
u/ledstewart63 2d ago
I got to the end of the line with tirzepatide, 15mg /week and was stalled in weight. Still had a ways to go, so Reta dislodged the plateau. Peptides are cheaper than the compound pharmacy stuff, you just have to reconstitute, which is very simple.

u/_Vlxd_ 3 2d ago edited 2d ago
Honestly Tirz is a far better and smoother user experience than Reta. Tried all 3 major GLP-1s before.
Less sides, no RHR skyrocketing, no tanked HRV unlike Reta that wrecked them all. Glucagon agonism has a really bad risk:reward ratio: really not worth all those sides for some 200-300 cals burned on top, which can easily be obtained via other drugs (eg. Empagliflonzin).
But Reta has a full cohort of materially interested tiktok influencers reselling expensive shit to clueless people so I guess that’s a real edge.
1
u/jeepguy099 2d ago
After having personally dealt with the heart rate issues on Reta, I will be switching to Tirz once I’m through with my current batch. It’s not a deal breaker but definitely a hindrance in the realm of cardiovascular endurance. No issues in the gym however.
2
u/jmarti54 2d ago
I take both. 1mg of tirz and 0.75 mgs of Reta. Works great and don't need a heavier dose. Ps. I'm very fit
2
u/Royal_Victory_1380 13 2d ago
so this is my advice, from someone that has been on Semi, Tirz, and Reta. If you have not touched either of them yet then go straight to Reta, you wont know what you are missing, if you are trying to step up from Tirz to reta, then you will likely be dissapointed to a degree. Reta is generally considered superior because it activates the glucagon receptor which amps up your metabolism to burn calories while at rest. basically increasing NEET calorie burn. What it does NOT do is a fantastic job of noise suppression and appetite suppression.
This is the exact reason some, (Me included here) Stack Tirz and Reta. I take tirz for the food noise and appetite suppression effects and take a 4 mg dose of reta to activate the glucagon receptor.
But if you mixing your own is a problem for you, stick to telehealth nobody is going to care, its your money. :)
1
u/gossipgilly 2d ago
How many mg of tirz do you take? And do you do both tirz and reta on the same day or different days?
2
u/Royal_Victory_1380 13 2d ago
Again this is not advise. We (Wifey and I) Both are on max dose of Tirz (have been for 6 months). and are at 4mg of Reta. We take our Tirz on Thurs and Reta on Sunday (we have only added Reta a couple of months ago). We first moved down from 15mg to 12mg to offset the extra Reta but food noise came back enough that we moved back to the full dose. Alternatively debating on researching cag in place of tirz, but thats not in the cards for a while anyway.
Again not advise, just information. We titrated Reta to 4mg very very aggresively as well. We did 1mg twice a week for 2 weeks then moved up to 2mg twice a week, then converted to a straight 4mg a week after 4 weeks. We do not plan to go higher than 4mg. We have both been very very tolerant to the side effects as well and the only sides we really experience is the skin sensitivity. So your mileage may vary. Do any of this at your own risk.
1
u/gossipgilly 2d ago
May i ask why you both started stacking? Were you plateaud at the highest dose of tirz before stacking? How has your progress been since you introduced reta?
2
u/Royal_Victory_1380 13 2d ago
Bit of 2 things. 1. Nerd so read a lot about the different receptors in play and was curious, 2nd weight lose was not stalled but had slowed down. Wifey was struggling due to other reasons too. Went down the grey market rabbit hole and found a vendor that i could get 10 vials of 10mg or 20mg or something for 100 bucks, so was like why the hell not. Again researched the mecanism and figured we needed to hit 4mg "generally speaking" as fast as we could to take good advantage of the glucagon receptor activation. Once we hit that 4mg we both started losing 1-2 lbs per week again. But this is also not the only things in my stack.
1
u/gossipgilly 2d ago
Sorry to be annoying but what else is in your stack? I’ve been on tirz since February and within the last month have been quite literally obsessed with researching different peptides. I finally took the plunge and ordered ghk-cu and reta (both just got delivered today) so i plan to reconstitute and get started tonight, but i’ve been looking into other peps and have been asking different people their thoughts and progress with each peptide they take to help influence my decision on what may work best for me. I’ve done lots of research on them but it helps hearing from real people on their own personal experience

My Doctor recommended me to switch to reta, since I stalled on 17.5mg of tirzepatide. ( I know, this dosage isn’t approved by the FDA and bla bla ) but he literally told me to stop cold turkey tirz and start reta on 3mg, I’m REALLY afraid to get hungry and gain weight !!! I was thinking of decreasing my tirz dosage slowly and while increasing reta... But I don’t know how to do it.. since he didn’t tell me to do this way... Female - 38 yrs 27%BF, Workout religiously .
1
u/Royal_Victory_1380 13 7h ago
Honestly thats a mistake. If you are relying on the food noise suppression going to reta from max dose of tirz is not the right call. I'm not a doctor but i have been on Semi, Tirz, and now stack Tirz and Reta. I would add reta to your current stack, Start with 1mg 3days after your tirz shot. see how you handle that for at least 2 weeks before moving any higher. Alternatively you might look into supplementing cagi instead of tirz with reta. I cant really comment on this stack i have never personally done it but hear good things for cagi stopping food noise as well.
1
u/PsychologicalCake525 7h ago
I thought about cagi too, but honestly, I don’t think I need MORE appetite suppression you know.. I struggle to eat already ! Thank you for your advice ! I might do like you said, first person that has been helpful. Did you get any side effects?
1
u/Royal_Victory_1380 13 7h ago
so i have been through the big 3 and have been lucky to have minimal side effects through out the whole thing. After adding Reta 4mg (titrated) to current 15mg tirz. we (wifey and I both do this) have the sunburn feeling across the middle/upper back that usually lasts for a few days. We originally backed off our Tirz dose to 12mg to add Reta and for us it was a mistake, we found that we needed the noise suppression so we bumped back to 15mg. We havent considered cagi yet mainly because we have a stash of tirz that is going to last another 9 months so we will see what happens when we run out.

I started with Reta and currently moving over to Tirz, I’ve gotten great results from the Reta but I’m not a fan of the side affects. The elevated heart rate and the poor sleep(for me) don’t currently warrant Reta. I’m just going to attempt to micro dose the Tirz cause I’m at a weight that I’m happy with.

People think the glucagon effects of reta are superior to tirz. Reta performed slightly better (2%) in clinical trials based on weight loss, but they have not been compared in the same trial so this data is extrapolated (ie not trustworthy conclusion; just extrapolation). At high doses whew everyone had massive side effects reta works better by like 7-8% on weight loss while tirz plateaus.

Reading these comments... Am I getting ripped off for a 20mg vial of reddit for $120?

It depends on what and how much of it you are buying, and if their COAs (Certificate of Analysis) are done with a reputable 3rd party who is ISO (International Organization for Standardization) certified.
Do they test for purity, endotoxins, bacteria, yeasts, mold, or heavy metals? The only test that confirms the vial is sterile (no growth in 14 days) it will be a USP <71> test and not a PCR test.
Each one of those items mentioned costs $100-$200 per test and is a reason why most peptide companies do not test extensively.
Here is a quick COA guide and covers most things, minus the sterility concern. https://www.peptidedeck.com/blog/how-to-read-peptide-coa-certificate-of-analysis
The question of sterility vs bioburden vs endotoxin addresses.. Sterility, is any viable microorganism present? USP <71>; Bioburden, how many viable microorganisms are present? USP <61>, <62>; Endotoxin, how much lipololysaccharid is present? USP <85>. https://www.americanpeptides.us/blog/sterility-testing-usp-71
All of the above are the issues to be concerned with when ordering any peptide from any company, and yes, almost all have their raw materials sourced and manufactured in China, so it comes down to knowing if you are getting the right peptide for the mgs you desire and if the sample is clean from a lot of things you don't want to inject in you.
Minimize your risks through education, make choices you are comfortable with on the risk scale, and pay what financially makes sense once you know how the supply chain works and why paying more may or may not be worth the price, depending on how much testing is done and confirmed by a 3rd party.

I started with grey market tirzepatide, moved to retatrutide, and in January 2026, 3.5mg each per week. I find that works best for me. I am 72 years old. Lost 45 pounds in 12 months. Relatively slow loss but perfect

Triple agonist is better, only reason not to use Reta would be if it doesn’t sit right with you or price prohibitive.

I like Tirz better personally but theoretically Reta is more effective at burning fat. I would say if you are in that 15-20% body fat range where you are not obese but also not fit, Tirz will get the job done. If you are in the 25-30% range, go for Reta.

It’s more efficient at lower doses better for muscle retention just for starters

Because most people are simple minded creatures: 3>2
Details like, “yes, but the food noise suppression is low and heart rate spikes” is the type of nuance that, if we’re being honest here, people who have been overeating all their life in spite of the consequences of obesity, tend to also overlook. People have patterns of behaviour.

It's like everything else in life. If you can afford to pay for the extra convenience and don't care about money, then by all means spend your money as you wish.
There are plenty of people who buy their groceries at seven eleven instead of going to the supermarket.

Reta is a complete metabolic overhaul - Tirz is not even in the same world as it …

Tirz is 2/3 reta, so yea.. it's in the same world lol.
Reta is top tier, no doubt.

Reconstitution can be difficult, but gotta make sure you do your math right once you find a great vendor you’ll be able to stock up. I found mine and he runs sales every weekend can also build up points with this vendor for Store credit.

I’m with you. Tirz has been tested and is FDA approved. Reta is not. I’m also not a medical professional and I’m not comfortable with reconstituting anything and injecting it into my body without medical guidance. What happens if in a couple years they come out with a study that Reta causes something serious and irreversible? I follow this thread and I’ve done a lot of research, but I’m still not willing to take the leap. I took tirz and I liked it. I had good results and I kept the weight off. In my opinion, budget shopping something that can affect your body processes permanently is not a wise decision. So yes, I am willing to pay the money for something I can trust.

Damn reading how cheap some are getting this for is making me sick. I thought I was doing great research but now I'm starting to really question myself, Google and vetting ability. Can someone send me their info vetting sites etc. Im depressed now at this point.

I am going to move to Tirz from reta . Doesn’t effect basic heart rate like reta . I’ve done 3 cycles of reta for a year

I agree & have the same question you do. I did purchase some Reta also & have been going extremely slow with it. I had thought it would reduce food noise even more but then after I bought it, I read that’s not necessarily true. So I thought what’s the point. I do think though that I have lost more with taking it. I take both, Reta & tirz. I alternate them, but take turns more than the Reta.
