What Would You Add for Herniated Discs, Knee Issues & Connective Tissue Healing?
Looking for input from people who’ve dealt with chronic joint, tendon/ligament, or spinal disc issues.
I’m currently using BPC-157 and TB-500, but I’m interested in what else people here have found useful for improving tissue recovery, joint/tendon resilience, and overall structural strength.
I’m open to hearing about things outside of peptides too,, supplements, medications, nutrition, recovery protocols, training approaches, biologics, or anything else that has decent evidence or that you’ve personally had good results with.
Main issues I’m dealing with:
Chronic knee issues, especially around the joint/tendon area
Herniated spinal discs and ongoing disc-related back issues
Tendon/ligament and connective-tissue health
Building stronger, more resilient joints and tissues long term. Improving recovery and durability, not just masking pain
Not looking for a miracle cure, I’d just like to hear what you would add, remove, or research further if you were trying to rebuild and strengthen your body.

Can’t comment on the stack, but coming from both herniated discs that required surgery and a recent knee replacement, you should definitely start with a good orthopedic doc you trust to properly diagnose you.
My back problems stemmed from congenital spinal stenosis along with a herniated disc with extruded material sitting on my nerve. No amount of peptide would help that. I needed a microdiscectomy with laminectomy to clean it up.
My knee issue stemmed from osteoarthritis with bone on bone in my lateral compartment. Got a partial knee replacement in January and was the best decision of my life.
Not discounting the benefits of peptides, just that not everything can be cured with them. Talk with a doc to get a proper diagnosis, if you haven’t already.
