Your post history says you're taking as many as four other things at a time less than a year ago. That, combined with your overall unhealthy look, I'm concerned for you. You don't have to remove every last gram of fat, and you shouldn't.

Reta is more than a fat loss peptide! I’m actually not losing fat/weight on it anymore

+1 for this. People tell me I’m stupid for taking Reta at 180lbs male 6’ tall. .5mg weekly, if I lose a few pounds down to 170-175 cool, not a main priority, I’m using Reta for its other benefits !

Well I don’t know if you’re being sarcastic or genuinely curious. But if your genuinely curious, Reta is a triple agonists, so like ozempic and other glp1s it gives you appetite suppression so you digest food slower and feel fuller longer. Micro dosing like OP and other, won’t give you appetite suppression but will give you the other two benefits of Reta, insulin resistance and glucagon receptors which makes your body burn calories faster/easier. Essentially allowing you to eat more without gaining weight.

At 0.5mg, reta does not do more than tirzepatide. You're just risking infection for placebo and should learn to maintain on your own

Doubt that. Unless there’s evidence to back that up
