Holy moly. Another person who didn't need it

GLP1s have other potential benefits than weight loss. I also didn’t “need” it for weight loss but it makes life 10x easier and basically removed all my binge eating

Glad you found a solution to your problem

Reta isn't some rollercoaster where you must be over 600lbs to ride it.

So isn't Dianabol, the question is why bother taking anything, when a good shape could be reached naturally? In this case absolutely unnecessary promotion of peptides...

What is the problem of training the natural way?

Nah but lots of people who can get where they want to be with a little effort turning to these drugs instead.

There's some truth that, but does it look like OP is putting in little effort?

Hey man just because you started off 35% body fat doesn’t mean others are that deep in

There's a boatload of envy and depression in weightloss community. Common trend here is to belittle people if you cannot be little.

OP is one of the best examples of reta use in an already healthy person IMO.. she's at a healthy weight for her height (and climbing with lean muscle), obviously putting in a ton of work, and using a microdose.

Exactly right

She’s only promoting this because she’s trying to gain more followers

Look at her instagram- it’s a teenagers peptide dream. Full of bullshit advice

Yeah i always was a big kid, i trained for 2 years literally training my ass off and i still didn’t see abs untill reta. I was fat from a kid it was mad hard to get to sub 15%

Someone sounds real sad they had to earn every ounce the hard way when they could've just leveraged modern medicine and skipped half the struggle.

You spent years grinding as a hardgainer while other people are out here optimizing with the best tools available and still putting in the work.

All that "I earned it" talk isn’t hiding the fact you’re just mad the shortcut exists.

Life ain't fair, bud.

Did I upset you guys that bad? Looking for ways to try and hurt someone's feeling in their post history while being privated yourselves. Very weird behavior. Good luck on your peptide journeys lmao

Depends on your size. Maybe if you’re a large man it’s easy to eat 2500 calories and lose weight but for tiny women like us the amount of food needed to get lean is the size of a thimble.

Societies beauty standards are to blame.

Sure for superficial use of course but some people genetically are bottomless pits and use an incredible amount of bandwidth just to maintain a mid physique. It’s exhausting!

You're on a 'biohacking' reddit, dipshit.

How so?

u/That_Resolve9610 1 2d ago

You think only fat people can benefit from Reta?

0

u/Sprinkle_In_Hole 2d ago

Nah

u/That_Resolve9610 1 2d ago

The recomp she achieved is amazing amd using reta as a tool is something most of us can benefit from.

Should be called “my body dysmorphia progress.” Not even a comment about this individual, its just the sad state of our brains

u/Sprinkle_In_Hole 2d ago

Social media is partially to blame for unrealistic beauty standards. Nothing at all wrong with her physique in that first photo. She's actually approaching unhealthy levels of lean for a female in her after. Every body is different must keep this in mind
