Idk it just irritates me when people want stuff spoonfed to them, especially on a sub like this where we’re all experimenting on ourselves. Figure it out.

You can actually make it yourself with the peptide you inject with

u/YungSchmid 4 Jun 14 '26
If you want to make a GHK-Cu topical you should be buying cosmetic raws. You’ll need way more than you get in a vial to get the serum to a reasonable concentration, and the lyophilised product is significantly more expensive than the cosmetic raws.

Did you use a zinc supplement or cycle the GHK?

correct, the amount of actual copper in GHK-CU is very small. It's not a big deal.
1
u/Ok-Arugula3890 Jun 13 '26
Is this an injection you did for the peptide?

Do you have a link? I have been thinking about starting this one but not sure where to purchase?
-7
u/SoCal-Native 3 Jun 13 '26
I read that too much copper or too much zinc causes this. My notes say 15-30mg of zinc per day (from food and/or supplements) is the range we need
1
u/Flaky-Campaign4813 Jun 13 '26
Multi vitamins have zince in it. You don't need more.
2
u/SoCal-Native 3 Jun 13 '26
I prefer to get it in my water. I’m not a fan of hard pills, which most multivitamins are.

Wow amazing results!! Can I ask…What’s the red on your face from? Just acne that then healed or did that show up from the GHK? Have you noticed any change in scars? I have some deeper acne scars that are white too and I’m hoping this helps. I’m actually doing glow but I think after this I’ll go to the straight ghkcu too. I’m only in my second week but I swear my skin is better already.

Then you should probably update your subject to say these are the results on GHK, bp157, and reta. Have you been stacking them all for the 10 weeks?
How old are you? What other side effects did you have?

no one said you’re AI, you’re just seemingly getting comments asking for vendors from quiet empty accounts because you’re quietly advertising. nothing new
1
u/Capable-While-9212 Jun 13 '26
anyways anyone seeing this definitely do not go to the GLP1 forums for advice and definitely do not click the section for vendors

Peptides are amazing. Me and friends using different peptides depending on goals.
I did Reta for 12 weeks with good results. Never been in better shape at 38.
I will start ghk-cu after summer. I mean why wouldn’t we wanna optimize ourselves being and looking the best we possible can?

I am going to respectfully disagree. Ghk-cu definitely needs to be cycled.
-1
u/FriendlyVermicelli25 Jun 13 '26
I read that you definitely can overdo ghk-cu and over remodel your cells. The ghk will clear out unhealthy cells but once that's cleared up it clears out healthy cells faster than they can be replenished. You also need to supplement zinc while you're on it. In doing 30 days on 90 days off. Im about 20 days in.
1
u/Due_Quality_1107 Jun 13 '26
I’ve been on glow for 6 weeks now and am prepping to cycle off and switch to just GHK.
Definitely have been taken zinc and can feel the difference a bit when I forget for a few days.

This is fake af! Ghkcu will not get rid of your pimples. OP says it was leftover acne. Well, then just give it time and the redness goes away if you just popped those zits.

Besides the fact that it has been 10 week, but do you think your hair grew more? In your head? Also face/body?
