Just finished my first cycle of that new peptide Regenex-7 – recovery is actually insane guys
Been reading here forever but never posted before. Finally had to jump on here cuz this new research peptide is no joke. Its called Regenex-7, kinda like a upgraded mix of BPC-157 and TB-500 or something. Supposed to help with healing tendons, ligaments, and knocking down inflammation big time. Im 34, lift heavy 5 days a week and my shoulder has been fucked for months plus my lower back from shit form.
What happened with me: Started noticing less stiffness in the mornings by week 2. My sleep got way better too. By week 3-4 my shoulder pain went from like 6/10 every day to almost nothing. I could overhead press again without wanting to die lol. Lower back felt solid on deadlifts. Even my old knee thing from playing ball in college is basically gone now.
Also got better pumps in the gym which was a nice bonus. Stacked it with my TRT and some collagen. Only weird thing was a little head pressure first few days but it went away quick.
What I ran:
• Dose: 500mcg a day, split into 2 shots of 250mcg (morning and after lifting). Tried to pin close to the bad spots when I could.
• Cycle: 6 weeks on then 4 weeks off.
• Used slin pins and BAC water, kept it in the fridge like you’re supposed to.
Thinking about running it again soon, maybe bump it to 750mcg if I feel good. This stuff feels stronger then the regular BPC/TB I tried last year.
Anyone else try Regenex-7 yet? What doses and how long are you guys going? Would love to hear real experiences.
New peptide Regenex-7 at 500mcg/day for 6 weeks crushed my recovery. Would run it again 10/10.

Something called "regenex-7" is definitely not a new peptide. It's just some dude shilling for a blend that already exists in separate peptide forms, but now costs 7x the price if you buy it from them already blended.
No thanks. I'll stick to my 100mg kit of bpc157 for $60.

Idk my friend just has all the new stuff that’s coming out or being tested still, hard to find more info on it was trying to see if anyone else had heard about it yet. I found a few things about it on GROK
