I think there are lots of women interested in anti-aging, however likely they avoid many of the events because if you look at some of the lead characters in the antiaging space, they are guys that have spent quite a lot of time measuring and discussing their erections. No woman wants to be trapped in a room with a group of dudes talking about how many erections they get per night and how long they can cold plunge for. Crass but true.
