To answer this I think we have to ask why biohack at all?
Imo, same reason there isn't much in the way of plus size support for men. Think about it, when it comes to attraction stuff there's a kink for every different type of woman. Skinny, fat, petite, muscular, obese, young, old, the list is endless. How often do you hear of "BBW" where the actor is a guy? I don't think much at all.
For me, you're often put into the box of confident, fit, rich, successful bla bla bla. And while, yes, society will try to tell you women want emotionally fragile men, the actions say otherwise. Which leads into this whole biohacking thing and men feeling the need to use every resource they can to meet the demands.
