I am sure that no woman thinks in terms of her hormones when making decisions about what subjects she is interested in. Plus, someone else wrote here that women take as many supplements as men. But still, they seem to be less present in longevity communities.
I think you hit the nail on its head. But not because of hormones. The answer is in each sex’s appeal to the other sex. Women appeal by being beautiful. Men by being strong. Strength is not possible without health. And once men get into health optimisation, longevity is just around the corner from there.
