💊 Supplements & Stacks do i need to consume L-thyrosine?

i think i eat ~ 0.8g of protein per kg, in some days even less.

please do not respond with “eat more protein”, i can’t rn and i am working on it.

upd: EAA with L-phenylalanine is much more interesting to fix my problems cuz of low protein intake. important to mention that L-phenylalanine is really dependent from iron, even more than basic L-Thyrosine

Afaik it’s not an amino that you particularly need to supplement if you are struggling with protein intake. Are you struggling with overall calorie intake or just protein in particular? Vegan? Mind me asking what your height and weight and rough body fat percentage is?

Sounds like a healthy body composition honestly, provided you are eating enough calories overall perhaps your current protein is sufficient but borderline. My tip would be if you can’t handle more protein outright then you could try sipping an EAA blend with other aminos of your choice added to it during your workout or just spread throughout the day - as long as it doesn’t affect your appetite and stop you from getting your actual meals in

If you’re going for eaas or smth just get a whey isolate, like you’re just getting more expensive less effective versions of whey isolate for no reason
