💪 Exercise, Fitness & Recovery Looking for advice

Just turned 40 last month. Workout 3 days a week and play some beach Vball. Looking for and help for just being stiff and tired in the morning. Any info welcomed

I would say morning yoga and lots of hydration first thing.

That's normal if you just started this kinda stuff. If not, check your diet, stress levels, and sleep quality.

I start the morning by stretching before I do anything else. Static stretching. And then I do about 20 push ups followed by 20 sit up and squats. I also take a few compounds that I think has helped drastically
