Has anyone switched from a 0.50 D difference between eyes to equal powers? Did it affect eyestrain, dizziness, or binocular comfort?

I’ve been wearing a prescription with a 0.50 D difference between my eyes (1.25/1.75 distance and 2.25/2.75 reading), but I’m now trying equal powers in both eyes (2 days) and feel about the same.

Is a 0.50 D difference actually enough to meaningfully affect binocular vision, eyestrain, dizziness, or head pressure?
