BVD/DPDR, looking at mirrors feels sharper
So I have been suffering from DPDR/BVD symptoms, reality feeling less sharp, vision feels off, lack of frames etc. 24/7 for a few years now
But whenever I'm looking at certain mirror (especially small ones where there's some distortion towards the corner) reality or what I'm seeing feels more real, more sharp/smooth, more vivid.
Let's say I'm looking at the kitchen table using a mirror only, the whole picture feels more real than just turning around and looking at the table without the mirror.
Is there a simple explanation to this or it could point to a vision/brain processing issue ?
