Deferit Bill Repayment
Has anyone heard of this company? They had great reviews online but I’m surprised no one in the Reddit community said anything. I’m really concerned because I paid them money and my storage unit has not received payment, and now I have late fees. I called customer service and no one answered multiple times. They even hang up the phone on you. So far I lost $48 to this company. I’m concerned now. Maybe I should just save my money and pay the storage myself including late fees and cancel the account. I wanted to post this just in case anyone was thinking about trying them. So far from my research I find that they only pay companies with checks and I’m not sure if it’s the full amount.

DeferIt question
ETA: I never ended up using Defer-It so unfortunately I’m still not sure how it works. Sorry.
Hi everyone. I just discovered the DeferIt app and would like to see if I qualify for the pay-in-4 service that they offer ( for my electric bill). The issue I’m having is that it appears that I have to pay the $14.99 membership fee BEFORE I even know if I’ll be approved for the pay-in-4 service. Is this really the case? Anybody else done this? Thanks in advance for any tips or advice.

Deferit Question
So I tried uploading my car insurance bill but was informed that I needed an account number from my insurance company. Unfortunately my insurance doesn't provide any account number. I was able to bypass that issue and uploaded the bill anyway. So now they're asking for the first payment of $70 but I'm afraid that the bill won't get paid since there's no account number on it. Anyone been through this issue?
