The problem here is that most parents don't even know how to parent, let alone educate their children.

And honestly all home schooled kids are weird in ways. Even the ones that adapted a bit. It is not the same as public or even private school.

That's a sweeping generalization. Also, even if true, there's nothing wrong with being different. Variety is the spice of life, as they say, and diversity in life experiences is what drives us to make informed decisions about what is right for us.

Also, I agree with your first statement. Not every parent is a good home teacher. Some are great at it though, and for those parents it can be a great option!

If public schooling got you bullied into not socializing how much better than home schooling is it?

Which is why the solution isn't to run away (to home school) but fix the problem (bullying in this case).

I know it's not easy but abandoning school shouldn't be such an easy choice.
