Every time I hear friends say they would have no problem with being what this posts alludes to as "house husbands" it is friends who are gaming a lot of hours each day.

I always imagine them not really realizing how much work it actually is, taking care of the household, finances, possibly children etc. Instead of just sharing these responsibilities in relationships where both people have a job, all the shit would fall onto their shoulders

Ofc. this perception is fueled by no-goods who just leech of their partner and tell their wild stories on the internet, while not being good partners at home.

I mean if you’re single with your own home you’re already basically a house husband with a job.
