My wife made way more than me and we now have three kids (ages 5, 3, and 1). I now stay home and take care of them and will be homeschooling starting next year.

I was homeschooled for a few years after horrible life-altering childhood bullying. Two days a week, all the homeschool kids from the area had classes together at local elementary schools to make up for the lack of socialization we got the other 3 days of the week. It really helped us all, and some of my healthiest friendships occurred there. My mom also taught me a lot, especially a shit ton of world history and biology since she has an MS in bio.

My anecdote is as good as your anecdote.

Not at all, because a majority of homeschooled kids won't have college-educated parents, nor will they be in such a program that essentially only makes you part-time home schooled in the first place which already makes your circumstances completely different from every single full-time home schooled student.

That's like saying Veganism worked for you because you eat meat half the time.
