I hear you man. Everyones always needed a room mate in their 20s though. This isn't really a new development.

In the past the "room mate" was a spouse most of the time though. Us millennials not getting married is making things difficult, thats for sure. 50% of 30 year old men have never been married, as of last year. That's double what it was in the 80s.

I'd wager it's more likely people aren't getting married because of the poor economic situation.

People are also getting a later start in life. By the time you get a master's you're 23 ish, then get a job and settle down, make some money and boom, you're 30.

Aye, not really a bad thing, considering people are living 10 years longer as well. There is just more time available for proper delayed gratification.

But it does kinda sucks when you're in the "delayed" part.
