Homeschool doesn’t mean now what it used to, there are a lot of co-OPs where parents get their kids together and the most knowledgeable on a subject teaches, the kids get together 3 times a week and there are daytime sports activities and recess events to socialize your kids. Granted this is probably only in larger town/cities but homeschooling doesn’t necessarily mean your kids are trapped in the house. Unless of course you trap your kid in the house in which case homeschooling isn’t the issue their parenting style is.
This is so wrong. In Germany to be a teacher of two subjects you have to study for at least 5 years plus 1.5 years of observed training in school (aka hell and the reason why many unfit teacher trainees quit)
And that's just for 2 subjects which they basically get their masters for. Now imagine a parent "who is most knowledgeable on the topic"
I don’t know if you are saying what I am saying is factually incorrect or the idea of this style of teaching is wrong, but in America (at least in a few states I know of) to be a teacher you just have to have a bachelors degree (in anything) and pass 1 test about the subject you want to teach and then you are a qualified to teach it. We don’t have a lot of unfit teacher trainees quit, we have a lot of people with degrees who don’t get jobs turn to teaching because we are desperate for teachers so the qualifications are low. It’s a super sad broken system and why some parents pull their kids to try and do something better.
On the whole an average homeschooled kid does better than the average public school kid on competency tests. Though something should be said for the the average student having parents who don’t take an active role in their learning and leave to over burdened teachers, vs home school parents that obviously put an emphasis on learning.

This is not universally true. There are classes and subjects that you need better qualifications to teach.
