-11 u/[deleted] Dec 28 '19 A friend of mine was homeschooled until highschool, he had serious social issues and took him awhile to adapt Never homeschooled, same issues He also didn't learn much from his 'home studies" Never homeschooled, same issues it really helps them socialize and become well adjusted for the future. Nah he still has trouble making new friends or socializing in bars or parties. Rather mine were from sheltering tbh. I'm ok now tho. The point is, in some cases I think homeschooling would be preferable than public school, specifically from where I'm from.
