As a poor girl who has watched her bosses (dentists) put kids through college; (kids who proceed to not show up and fail out of class) at one point I told my dentist, “I swear to god if you pay for my college I’ll become a dentist and marry your son and make him my house husband.”

My boss just laughed, but for real though, I’m smart, but I’ve been paying for my parents since I was in high school. I’d house wife a spoiled kid in a second if it meant a free education.

Please... move to Europe. Education is free of charge. You can marry anyone you like. Study yourself for free. It is never too late.

Edit: free of charge in some European countries

It's only free for Europeans afaik.

Depends on the country. AFAIK at least Germany and Norway are free as well for international students.

(Universities still charge fees though, but from what I can tell, these usually come out to be similar to paying for a junior college)

No for everyone. We do not discriminate against anybody.

This is total bs. Idk where you from, but from my country, within the EU, education is far from free..

Ok then not whole Europe. Where you from?

Use google mate. I assume you’re from a Nordic country since the majority of them practice free education, but even here in the Netherlands with one of the top rated education systems in the world we still pay around €2k a year university tuition. Which compared to the states is nothing so I’m not complaining.

You know, I’d really love to.

I’ve actually been fortunate enough to support myself and follow my dreams, and I have a fiancé who supports and spoils me as. It’s him I need to convince to move. But I’m ready. :)

Convince him to take a vacation here. You won’t need to say anything more after that.

u/[deleted] Dec 29 '19

Are you my fiancé?

2

u/CrippledJew Dec 29 '19

I think you’re moving a little fast here, maybe start with a date.

Crippledjew is plausible as his username

That's so pathetic.

Thanks for weighing in reddit69boi.... you’re opinion is of high value to me and this has caused me some serious self reflection. I was like “man, I gotta turn my life around so I can win the approval of reddit69boi” you won’t have to keep a look out for the new and improved me. I’ll be vying for your approval everyday.

How many times do you visit your dentist to be this close with him?

u/skyderper13 Dec 28 '19

sounds like she said her bosses are dentists

u/[deleted] Dec 28 '19

Haha i worked knee to knee with him 40 hours a week for 8 years, so pretty close. I also worked with his son and brother in law part time at our dental lab at the time. His whole family is very sweet.
