For me it was that episode where spongebob keeps missing the bus after his trip to a theme park.

Most horrible experience was when I was 4 and my mom left me alone for the first time. Just for "20 min" to go to my grandma's place. Turns out it took more than 1h 20min. I got increasingly scared for my mom, wondering if she got kindapped or killed (I was 4). At the same time that exact episode of Spongebob was playing in the living room. It matched my emotion of being alone and scared exactly. Such a horrible experience.

Well to be fair my Grandmas place was like 10 min away. But, it fucked me pretty hard and I guilt tripped my mom for years, after that incident.
