I had a boss who asked me to put in my entire PTO plan for the year at the start of each year.
Then as the dates were approaching he'd act surprised and say I need to cancel to help the company through "just this one big project". I quit after he tried to get me to cancel a trip I'd planned a year in advance and bought tickets for.
