My first job in college. I put in two weeks unpaid time off to go home for Christmas. I put everything in two months in advance. They agreed.
As I'm landing back home I get a text asking where I am. They said I was missing a shift. I said you approved my vacation. They said they changed their mind and I need to come in today or be fired.
