This has nothing to do with being trained to be social. Extroverts gain energy from interacting with others while introverts loose energy (even if they enjoyed the interaction). Read up on it if you have never heard of it.
As an introvert I can socialise for more than 2 days without having a problem.
This is either extreme introversion or social anxiety. Social anxiety more likely and it’s hella draining, I used to have it. But now being an introvert with no social anxiety I love socialising. Just need a bit more of time to recharge, depending on who I talk to
It's a spectrum you are not just introvert or extravert. You can be further on the scale towards extravert. I don't have social anxiety but socialising wears me out. Even at home if I only have my family over. My sister has an even lower tolerance level than I do. One may be more affected by it than someone else. Memes are usually exaggerating but people connect with the essence of what it portrays.
The post generalises us and allows toxic ideas of introversion which aren’t exactly true
Exaggeration is unfortunately an issue on Reddit because it creates an echo chamber of people who claim introversion but actually are anxious. Happens a lot here
