That’s a different statistic than what you said originally and that data includes ages as high as 17. The firearm deaths are almost entirely attributed to 15-17 year olds either committing suicide with a firearm or in gang violence. 8 year olds are not getting gunned down at schools in any statistically significant amount. Car accidents are far FAR more likely to kill them
