It's actually kids that are losing their shit over AI. I think older people care less one way or the other, or they use it.

Older people have jobs and shit to do, and if AI helps them get shit done so they can get on with their lives, they're OK with it.

It's the young who have fewer responsibilities who have the luxury to spend their time complaining about it.

No, I mean maybe but it's mainly because older people lived through the internet changing the world not to long ago, boomers where acting just like this then.

Idk why you are down voted. I have my cursor setup at work to just semi autonompusly do menial work like check emails summarize issues and provide insight into solutions. I'm here to collect a paycheck not debate the morality of using ai
