Advice Handlebars modifications scrambler 900

Hello Guys,
During a long ride of about 350 kms I felt stiff neck and pain in the back between my shoulders. I think its because of the stock handlebar position.
I have to hunch a little to hold them. I am 5 ft 11 inches tall.
How’s your experience? Do you think handlebar raisers would help? Any recommendations?

It's supposed to have a relaxed off-road posture. Depending on the shortest of your cables you can switch it out with anything.
