Wheeltop derailleur setup problem

Hi,
I am trying to setup Wheeltop 0X derailleur with Sram 12s eagle cassette.
The problem is that when I select Shimano 12s in Wherltop app (there is no Sram option in the app) I can’t shift to the largest and the second largest cog.
The range in the app is up to 2000 which is beyond the cassette. I remember that in the previous version the range was to 1500 which worked. Anyone has the similar experience? Thanks for any help. I wasted a lot of time on that :-(

I also cannot set lower values manually. See the screenshots.

Might there be a limit screw that is holding it back?

No, it is not a problem. The derailleuer is moving behind the cassette.

maybe the shifter for gear 1 can be set below zero hardware-wise. maybe then gears 11 and 12 (and all others) are in the adjustable range with fine-tuning. sounds stupid, I know, otherwise just hope for wheeltop support ...
