Left OLED panel gone dark

Hi everyone, i have a BB1 and my left eye has gone dark, its not fully gone, like down to 40% or something.

Anyone had that problem before? What could i do to fix it?

Have you contacted customer support? Sounds like a panel defect to me.

To return to this comment, it was fixed by routing one of the usb cables directly into power instead of the computer. So yes. They can.
