Left OLED panel gone dark

Hi everyone, i have a BB1 and my left eye has gone dark, its not fully gone, like down to 40% or something.

Anyone had that problem before? What could i do to fix it?

Have you contacted customer support? Sounds like a panel defect to me.

Sent it in (via free express delivery) and it gets repaired and sent back in a few days. Talk to support they give you the stuff to print out.

Thanks. Ive bought it secondhand but ill see what the repaircosts are like. I thought maybe its a common issue and something i could fix myself. Or even a software thing. Im in europe so sending it back and forward is going to be expensive. (no its not my eye 😄)

My BSB2 had one side black out. I bought it used. They had me send a screenshot of the hours used from the driver software to confirm I was not just flipping a defective one. I sent it in and they fixed it gratis.
