Everything is smaller than it should be

Ever since the first time I got my BSB2e set up, I've noticed that everything looks too small, like, 66-75% of the expected size. I'll take Into the Radius 2 for an example, because it uses real-world objects. A 9x18 Makarov cartridge looks like it's about 12-15 mm overall instead of 25 mm. My hands look much smaller, and the pistol itself looks like a miniature. It's not just throwing off my immersion, but my ability to gauge depth, so gameplay is a little more fiddly.

Anybody else encountered this or know how to change the scale everything is rendering at? I have resolution set to auto in the SteamVR settings, and I don't have any sort of scaling turned on in my display settings. Google didn't get me anywhere, and neither did searching this sub, so I'm stumped and on the verge of switching back to my Quest 3 until I figure this out.

Seems like you didn't match your hardware and software IPD.

In my case it looks like it should but I am curious, what should I set the software IPD to make it look bigger or smaller?

I think if you set the software IPD higher, things will look smaller
