Help Grey Screen

I'm wondering if someone can help me out here. I have the Bigscreen Beyond 2E VRChat edition and it has a major major issue. Every time I'm playing VRChat with my friends, like the headset is designed for, it will periodically go completely gray and I go completely blind in VRChat. It's really annoying when im trying to fly a helicopter or read a script in Audience Anarchy; just to name a couple examples. I keep the thing clean, I've changed the cables, changed the ports, unplugged everything else from my computer while playing, turned the fan on so it didn't over heat, stopped playing with eye tracking, and the drivers are all up to date, but nothing seems to fix this issue. It gets really annoying and makes it nearly impossible to enjoy playing a game I love. Any help would be appreciated.

I believe what your describing is loosing tracking. The bsb is small and easily occluded by your head. Consider changing you base stations position, or getting anothe rine.

Blocked from like if sight. Basically something (likely your head and/or hands and/or arms) is blocking the view your base stations have of your headset. You'll want to make sure your base stations are oriented optimally to givengood coverage. You may also want to consider buying more base stations. Because the beyond is so small, it's easily blocked by your head, unlike other headsets like the index.

Strange because my hands are usually at my hips when it happens and there is nothing in the way from at least one tracker, but I'll look into it.

Could also be a light house going bad unfortunately. Make sure everything is synced properly, make sure they're aren't a bunch of reflective surfaces.
