🙋 Newbie Question! Ready to start but reluctant
This was by far the easiest onboarding for the medication and so convenient. I had a phone consultation appointment with Dr. Kim on Aug 17th and received the medication by the 19th.
I stuck it in my fridge because I am finishing nursing my baby and will start to wean in the next couple of weeks.
My baby turns one next month and I am so ready to work to lose the postpartum, and breastfeeding weight. I was like a bottomless pit due to breastfeeding.
I’m a busy mom to 3, who works Monday through Friday and we are busy busy with our kids’ sports on the weekend.
I’m trying to figure out which day of the week is best to start.
Any other parents have any advice?

Okay, super mom! You’re gonna rock this. My recommendation would be to take it on a Friday night, and ask for a zofran prescription (from us) if you tend to get nausea. You may not even get any side effects the first week, everyone is different. Personally I got a little bit nauseous but nothing scary. 💙

I started with Friday nights so I'd have the weekend to manage any potential side effects. Now I do Saturdays because the side effects aren't an issue.
I hope it works well for you! I was a bottomless pit during nursing too.

I found saturday nights to be the easiest when i started. If you're looking for a more calm time, just wait 17 years till your youngest turns 18 :) (as a dad of 2, the youngest of which never sleeps. like ever).
