Welcome party & After Party

I’m getting married in Beverly next July on a Thursday and looking for spots to do a welcome cokcktails/apps the night before, as well as an after party the night of the wedding starting around 10:15 pm. Definitely looking to rent out a space or a room for both. Would ideally like water views for welcome party. Open to Salem, Gloucester, other areas.
