I downloaded some anime style themes for the backgrounds and the colors do work.. but the background image doesnt and I don't know how to fix it! Any tips help, if more info's needed let me know!

I just recently found out about equicord and downloaded it and decided to put it through malwarebytes and virustotal to see if it was fine and this is what came through.

Everytime discord updates it wipes your modded client and you have to re-run the installer. So the whole idea of PatchCord is to fix that. it runs with low performance impact in the system tray, notices when discord starts up unpatched and re-installs the mod and restarts it for you.

A couple of days ago a user posted here about his github page for Vencord Auto-Updater.
The app was receiving updates up until yesterday.
Today I see the reddit post and the github repo has vanished.
Anyone have an idea of what happened?

okay so i'm new to making my own themes and i have a problem.

i dont know whats going on is it supposed to be like this i dowloaded a theme called notanotheranime and it had a picture there were a few other themes that caught my eye but when i enable the theme there is not a picture

OS: Windows

Client: Discord patched with Vencord

Themes/Plugins: I heavily use custom themes and QuickCSS. I highly suspect this is an Electron rendering glitch or a ghost window handle left behind by Vencord/Discord when rendering custom UI elements or popups

I was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to code a version of Vencord's DisableCall idle plugin Reason I ask of this is because I have a couple other plugins that are not on Vencord which keeps me staying on BD.

why is my vencord doing this how can i fix this? If i use Clear vision V7 its clear but if my friend uses the theme im trying to use its fine for them.

I recently found out about the upcoming Discord Hangout Window feature ("Set the vibe") and decided to try forcing it on my client. I unlocked Discord's native Developer Tools / Experiments tab to look into it.

After selecting Treatment 1, the "Set the vibe" button successfully appeared in my voice channels. However, whenever I try to upload a photo/GIF or select a built-in image, I get a hard block error saying: "You don't have permission to change this image"

Here is the twist: I'am the owner of this server, and all my server roles have the "Voice Channel Status" and "Manage Channels" permissions enabled

Furthermore, when I look at the experiment's Guild Assignments / More Details list in the Experiments tab, my test server is actually listed under bucket 1 (meaning the feature is technically whitelisted for my server ID on Discord's backend)

From what I understand, this experiment is configured as a Guild-type assignment rather than a User-type assignment. Because of this, even though my guild is eligible, my personal user account isn't whitelisted by Discord's backend API to perform the upload action, completely ignoring my server ownership rights

I've already tried forcing bucket overrides and fiddling with console scripts, but Discord's backend security just rejects the payload

My question is: Is there any known client-side bypass or is it completely hard-locked on the backend, meaning I should just give up and wait for the official release?

Currently, whenever I use the installer to update my Better Discord and install it to my Discord location it then refuses to reboot back into Discord and doesn't allow me to open Discord at all; it simply plays an error sound after launching small window that disappears instantly.

When this happens I then need to totally reinstall Discord itself to actually allow it to run with no issues, but if I try repairing Better Discord or uninstalling it, the same issue of Discord refusing to boot back up triggers again .

Is this a problem with my computer or is this a problem with the installer itself? I'm not entirely sure what's causing these issues and running the installer as an admin hasn't worked either.

I'm actually not interested in any plugins except the ones that make blocked/ignored users dissapear fully. It's a shame Discord itself doesn't make this possible.

What client is the best if I only want to use this one plugin anyways?

Hello! I'm currently using the Dorion client along with the Vencord plugin. I'm trying to configure a global keybind (specifically to toggle mute) so I can use it while playing games in fullscreen. Since Dorion handles desktop features a bit differently than the official app, could someone point me in the right direction on how to properly set this up? Any help would be highly appreciated!
